Uricchio's Trattoria began as one man's passion.
With a natural talent for creating a memorable dining experience and 40 years of restaurant and fine-dining expertise under his belt, founder Nick Uricchio, Executive Chef Raphael Hernandez, and his son Steve opened Uricchio's Trattoria the summer of 1995. Bakersfield welcomed Uricchio's generous portions, and uniquely vibrant ambiance with open arms.
We are continually grateful for the loyalty of our guests, and look forward to sharing our passion with first-time patrons.
